Clinic Registration Form
Each public school that participates in 6-Man Football or that meets the enrollment
requirements and chooses to participate in the Association,
pays a school due of $175.00 a year. In addition to the $175.00 a year the school pays
there is a $25.00 membership fee per coach each year.
Schools that do not pay their dues are not eligible to send athletes to the All-Star Games.
If you do not coach at a public school but still wish to be a
member of the Association and attend Coaching school,
you may pay the $25.00 tuition fee and become an
Associate Member (an Associate Member has no voting rights).
