(Requirements for New Comer of the Year Athlete must be a Freshmen, Sophomore or Junior who has never started at the
varsity level before the current season. Seniors are not eligible.  New Comer of the Year is in addition to the 1st Team.  In other words he should not
occupy another spot on the 1st Team).

It is recomended that the All-District Meetings be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. (for uniformity).

All Region Meetings should be held on Monday at 10:00 a.m.
The All-Region results are to be released the day after the State Championship Game. (This is for each Region regardless of whether you have a team still in the championship or not).

The All-State Meeting will be held on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. (this is a closed meeting between the All-State Director and Regional Directors).
General Business Meeting 1:00 p.m.

Guidelines for All-Region and All-State:
*Players that make the 1st team All-District Team are automatically
  nominated for All-Region.  Players that make 1st Team All-Region are
  automatically nominated for All-State.  Players that do not qualify for 1st
  Team All-District or 1st Team All-Region are not eligible for All-Region or
  All-State Teams.
*There are to be no ties for 1st or 2nd team All-Region.

It would also make things much easier at the All-Region meeting if the above format for All-Region was followed at the All-District meetings.
